Irene Bosi is the Event Director of Kalemana Festival, one of the most innovative wellness and lifestyle festivals in Italy. With a background in brand strategy and a career that spans both corporate and creative environments, she brings a unique perspective to the development of experiential projects.
She began her career working in marketing roles in the consumer goods industry, first in P&G and then in Perfetti Van Melle.
Her work is now focused on designing experiences that create real emotional connection—across festivals, digital platforms, and educational settings.
As Event Director at Kalemana, Irene manages the overall project from brand positioning to partner relations, from program curation to audience experiences.
In parallel, she teaches Self Leadership and Career Design at IED (Istituto Europeo di Design), and works as a career coach and speaker, supporting people—especially younger generations—in building meaningful, non-linear professional paths.
Her approach combines strategic thinking, emotional depth, and the belief that powerful work happens when vision, values, and execution are fully aligned.
